Cameron Pointe
Cameron Pointe is a 16 unit subdivision located in Tall Timbers, MD, featuring large North Carolina homes on single family lots. Compass Pointe was able to procure the property in mid-2005, design, engineer and begin construction of the project by spring of 2006. Starting from $300,000!
This project presented many design challenges for the Compass Pointe team – not only were the original lots very small, but the entire project is located in the critical area for the state of Maryland. Cameron Pointe, being environmentally sensitive area, required creativity while preserving and protecting the natural features of the site.
This project’s design and engineering is being used at the state level as an example of how to design and build new development in critical areas while minimizing the impact on the environment.
