Flooring America Warehouse
Compass Pointe is the general contractor for this design / build project of a 12,000 SF clear span pre-fabricated metal structure built on a reinforced concrete slab. This building is going to be utilized for the warehouse of flooring material as well the corporate offices of Griffin Flooring America. This storage and warehouse area will be 24’6” high (floor to inside ceiling) with 8’ ceilings in the office areas.
This owner / occupied building will be an open warehouse on the first floor with 10 offices, bathrooms, and a conference room upstairs.
This project is currently at site plan stage and should receive final approval by mid-summer. Construction is scheduled to begin as soon as final site plan approval is obtained – with completion scheduled for late fall of 2007.
