Toyota of Southern Maryland
Compass Pointe is the general contractor for one of the largest projects under construction in St. Mary’s County. When the owners of two major automotive dealerships in St. Mary’s County, Toyota of Southern MD & Team Hyundai, decided to move their dealerships to a more predominant location, they not only chose a beautiful 6 acre sight along MD Route 235 just ½ mile from the NAWC base main gate, but they also chose Compass Pointe Real Estate Development to be their contractor.
The two dealerships will be owner occupied and comprise over 35,000 square feet of mixed use office, showroom, & automotive repair facilities. The scope of work for this project includes all site work, storm water management (on-site & off-site), infrastructure installation, building construction & tenant fit-out, and all hard-scapes / soft-scapes.
The project was started in May of 2007 – with a projected completion date in February of 2008.
